5.1 If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@beanpopcoffee.com with:

5.2 You have 30 days from purchase to request a return. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
5.3 To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused

Item must be in the same condition as received

Original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
5.4 Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Merchandise (e.g., clothing) unless damaged
5.5 Partial refunds may apply for:

5.6 Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.7 If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing period, please check with your bank and card issuer before contacting us.
5.8 Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

5.10 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable service.

6.2 Colours, packaging, and details may vary slightly due to screen differences or supplier changes.
6.3 Coffee is a natural product; flavour and aroma variations between batches are normal.

8. Gift Cards
8.1 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.2 Gift cards must be redeemed within their stated validity period.

9.1 All content on the Bean Pop Coffee website, including branding, images, text, and product descriptions is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
