At Bean Pop Coffee, we’re all about serving up great vibes and top-notch products. If something arrives damaged or faulty, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

Returns
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.
After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges — so be sure to reach out promptly.
Return eligibility:

Item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived

Original packaging is required

Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable — these are final sale.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with the same product.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll send a Bean Pop gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift-giver first, the refund will go back to them.
